For many of you, the goings on behind the scenes a CharmRO aren't something you keep up with. Our server has been hacked, not once, but twice (or more). There is nothing we could have done to prevent these particular attacks. And since the individual who has decided to take it upon himself to hack our server does not seem to want to stop, we're waving the white flag. We have had an AMAZING run with all of you. From fun events, to amazing support, fanart, recruiting... the woe? You are all fantastic players. You stayed with us through thick and thin, slow hours, everything. We could no have had CharmRO if it wasn't for you.

Unfortunately, CharmRO is over. We're letting this hacker win because it's obvious that he will never let up and it's not worth it to put you all through rollbacks and wipes, and having to look behind you every day to hope the server is still there. Instead of waiting for something else to happen, we're throwing in the towel.

We love you all, and we cannot express how happy we were to have run this server for you. YOU have made Charm what it was... what it is... and we cannot thank you enough.

So here's to all the amazing times we had. All the late-night ventrilo conversations, all the forum stalking, the amazing Charmizard moments, and the lexfails. We love you.
